Before we ask you to sign anything, we give you the time to learn who we are, how we work, what is our business ethics and how we deliver. If you relate, then we continue to the second step.

Then, we ask information about your company and your team. What is your ideal outcome out of this collaboration? What happened and made you decide to start looking now for a new collaboration? What are your plans for the next five years of your company?

Onboarding Process

Provided that we are a good fit, then apply the simple and effective onboarding process. First we visit the accounts department, working with your team in gathering data regarding accounts reconciliation and installing the continuous closing approach. Second, we work with the commercial department to identify their needs and requirements from the accounting and finance department. Third, we work with the operations in ensuring that their needs are identified and met as well. Fourth we reset the daily procedures and priorities of the accounts department in fulfilling these needs. Alongside we ensure that the entire organization is aligned with the same goals and objectives.

Contract / Scope of Work assignment

You may wish to work with us just for a day. Or you may feel that a weekly contract is more suitable currently. Or you may believe that in delivering the results a longer time frame is required. In either case we stand by you. We may work with you for a fraction of time, or as long as you wish to enjoy our services.
